The primary goal, as a pilot project, is to prepare individuals who served alongside the US Forces, those injured during the war, and widows of veterans. The program focuses on learning and developing work-related skills, mastering underlying knowledge and skill principles, and supporting both employment and self-employment through apprenticeship training.
